Forrester, a global research and thought leadership firm, recently named Alibaba Cloud a leader in Function-as-a-Service (FaaS) platform placing it amongst international cloud providers including Amazon and Microsoft. Through its Function Compute product, Alibaba Cloud stood out with its best-in-class product capabilities and received full scores in eight criteria. This also marks the first time a Chinese cloud vendor entered the FaaS Leader category.
